Bio

Thanks for visiting my site!

I´m a photographer and filmmaker living up in the hills and mountains of Kongsberg, Norway, but work all over the world, mainly in third world countries. I´ve covered wars and conflict areas, I´ve worked for the Associated Press, SIPA, LA Times as well as numerous Scandinavian newspapers and magazines and contributed to several books. Today most of my work is for humanitarian organizations ranging from conflict areas and refugees to neglected children, poverty and health issues.

I also spend a lot of time in the Arctic, seeing firsthand the results of the climate changes.

I have just finished a documentary about Norwegian writer-poet Lars Saabye Christensen and these days I´m filming a gripping story in the Arctic North, about an old murder on the plains of Finnmark, Norway, and a brother searching for answers and closure.
